Ok, but with the price paid could have got something better

Close to the train and metro station

Don’t try the food there, even with 20 percent coupon was over pricey. Having said it’s a 4 star, you only get soap in the toilet Rooms are not sound proof (we literally could hear a lady making tea in her room)

The location is perfect, 4 min walk to termini station where u can take the train to the airport and save the hefty taxi fare, the room was big and had two bathrooms, the hotel is very old (in a good way), very clean, staff very cooperative.

the water had a chlorine smell, there was an uncomfortable smell in one of the bathrooms.

Great location, facilities could be better.

Location is everything to me. Its so close to the big train station in the center of Rome. Beds are soft, windows opened out nicely. Staff was fast and helpful, they spoke English and was very nice to me and my wife. The area near the train was a little seedy but outside the hotel felt very safe and clean.

There was no soap in my shower. The bidet smelled really bad, I think the U-trap was exposed or something the only way to cover the smell was to flood the bidet. This was my second stay here and I ended up getting a smaller room somehow. Price also didn't feel worth it this time. I can't rate it as highly as I did last year.

Short and relaxing

Excellent location of the establishment, ideally located between the must-see tourist sites and the bus/train station, offering direct access to the airport. This strategic position allows visitors to fully enjoy their stay, with optimal ease of movement to explore the city and reach the airport with complete peace of mind.

The ceiling of the room that we occupied had a reduced height (lower) in some areas, which was nevertheless manageable.

it was good for a short stay and I would consider in the future staying in this hotel

breakfast was fair , i believe it could be improved since the hotel is rated 4 stars. the room was acceptable , i believe it was renovated. the location is good not far from the termini station and within a walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

well, I think the inside could be improved a bit and the lobby is a bit small for golden tulip hotels i believe they should work on expanding the lobby if possible and also the price should be better and reduced by a certain amount...other than this i think it is a good hotel to stay in.

Good, but not great

Fantastic location so close to the train station and plenty of restaurant options. Walked to the Colosseum. The staff are amazing, and have great communication. The rooftop bar has the best pina colada I've ever had!

The bathroom in our room had an awful smell that seemed to come from the shower, which made me vomit several times. The shower head was broken and the water was barely warm. The central aircon system meant that we were unable to adjust the room as we needed (without asking staff) and it was incredibly hot all night! The Hotel has a day spa which is set up beautifully, however the massage I received was a waste of my 100€. The massage bed was as hard as a rock and did more damage than it fixed. And the massage itself was uncomfortable, I felt very exposed and did not relax me at all!

Great location. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, staff was extremely helpful. I really appreciated the possibility of early check in.

Since it’s located in the older building the windows were non-airtight and it was a little cold in the room. Moreover, at the day of my checkout (before I’ve checked out from the room) cleaning staff was already trying to get inside the room - twice!

Good location in a big room

Great location! Really big room and big bathroom. Charming old elevator. I like harder beds so I was very pleased as we slept very well. The windows are very well soundproofed. We didn’t have breakfast so no opinion on that.

The door felt like if it was paper thin as the walls actually, which we were not expecting from a Golden Tulip. The beds are too short. I measure 1m90 and my feet be were totally outside the bed.
